The Specification Selector will take you through five simple step-by-step choices, such as choosing the property type, choosing the level of protection etc. There are descriptions to explain each choice and there's also a recommended choice at each step if you need further guidance.

Once you've made a choice at each of the five steps, you'll be able to download a pre-written specification document (Word format) which is tailored around the choices you've made.
