Providing customers with support is at the heart of what Aico do. Aico understand that support is just as important as producing high quality alarms and accessories and aim to offer as much support as possible everyone involved in domestic alarm selection, distribution and installation.
Aico’s Regional Specification Managers are there to offer guidance and support for a range of projects. Over the last 25 years they have helped support projects including typical two story properties, HMO’s, communal flats and assisted living communities. Not only this but they can help you plan alarm replacement programmes and help to integrate Aico domestic alarm systems with other external lifesaving devices, such as Fire Panels, Telecare and Warden Call devices and sprinkler systems. Aico also offer support to contractors, electricians and maintenance teams who install the alarms. In 1999 Aico launched their installer training scheme offering a free course on alarm installation, system design and much more. This Expert Installer scheme has now trained over 10,000 people ensuring that Aico alarms are correctly fitted. In 2015 Aico opened its Centre of Excellence training and support facility. This is a dedicated building built for meetings and practical training. In it’s first year over 1,200 people visited the Centre and received bespoke training packages. Our Technical Helpline is available to answer any questions you have about our alarms and accessories.
