25 years of experience in large-scale distribution and operational management, including 11 years within the electrical industry. My background spans transport and logistics, supply chain distribution, facilities and compliance management, procurement, health and safety, and ISO implementation and management. Over the last six years increasingly focused on leadership, culture, and people strategy, designing and delivering team development and leadership programmes across Aico, our charitable partnerships, and the wider supply chain, with a focus on communication, self-awareness, teamwork, accountability, and high-performance culture.
