Maddi began her marketing career in hospitality at the Lake Vyrnwy Hotel before entering the retail and events industry at the British Ironwork Centre, where she developed a diverse skill set spanning event promotion, digital marketing, and community engagement. Maddi joined Aico in 2025 as a Marketing Executive, where she leverages her industry experience to support the company’s marketing campaigns and brand presence.
