Aico’s work experience programme gives young people an opportunity to explore the world of work, develop practical skills and discover the wide range of careers available within the business.
During their time at Aico, students are introduced to different departments and learn how each team contributes to the company. They take part in practical activities, meet employees from across the business and work on tasks designed to build their confidence, communication and problem-solving skills. The programme also allows students to experience a professional working environment and gain a better understanding of roles they may not have previously considered. From marketing and events to technical, finance, and customer support, work experience helps demonstrate that there are many different pathways into a successful career.

“I really enjoyed seeing how the different teams at Aico work together. Everyone was welcoming, and the activities gave me a much better idea of the types of jobs I might be interested in when I leave school.”
