Since joining Aico as an Operations apprentice in 2021, Emily has held a variety of roles focused on educating customers across every level of the supply chain. From supporting end users and wholesalers as a Customer Service Advisor, to creating and reviewing technical content as a Technical Author. Emily now oversees Aico’s suite of training material as Supply Chain Education Lead, ensuring that distributors, contractors, landlords and other housing professionals have access to high-quality education.
