Charitable Support
Aico are passionate about building strong links with local charities, organisations and schools.
Through fundraising, volunteering and free storage use, our team are commited to working with organisations to provide them with support.
Colleagues understand the importance of supporting our charity partners, often contributing to fundraising efforts including donations, events and challenges.
Volunteering Opportunities
Every colleague at Aico has 3 days across the year to volunteer for local causes.
This includes transforming outside spaces, painting and decorating interiors as well as sorting clothes, and preparing food bank donations.
Education Outreach
As Cornerstone Employers for the Marches region, Aico aim to inspire the next generation, facilitating education workshops on the following areas:
- Careers
- Employability skills
- Team building
- Sustainability
Two of our workforce are Enterprise Advisers, actively supporting the secondary school they are linked to and supporting their career programme.
Work Experience
To assist young people to be prepared for the world of work, we offer work experience opportunities to students from secondary school, college and degree level.
