Durcan Services Ltd is a UK-based contractor providing comprehensive fire safety, security, and building safety system solutions. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Peterborough, the company designs, installs, commissions, and maintains a wide range of fire protection and life-safety systems. Our client base is strongly aimed towards working with social housing providers and local authorities as well as offering services for commercial, residential, and industrial premises.

Our services include BS5839-6 mains smoke detectors, BS5839-1 fire alarms, fire sprinklers, dry and wet risers, AOV smoke ventilation systems, MVHR (mechanical ventilation heat recovery) systems, fire extinguishers, CCTV, access control, emergency lighting, and other integrated safety systems. Durcan Services also provides inspection, testing, servicing, and emergency call-out support to ensure buildings remain compliant with UK safety standards.

We work with a broad range of clients including local authorities, private landlords, councils, and commercial organisations. Durcan Services covers projects between Newcastle / Manchester / Bristol / Brighton and everywhere in-between.

As a system integrator, we are able to discuss the connection of Aico fire detector & environmental monitoring with many ancillary items such as fire sprinkler systems, MVHR systems, telecare systems such as Tynetec & Tunstall and remote monitoring of equipment via the Aico Gateway device.
