Mosscare St Vincent’s Housing Group (MSV) owns and manages almost 9,000 homes across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and West Yorkshire.
Their goal is to address the housing crisis in the North West by helping the elderly, those on low incomes, those in need of specialist housing, first-time buyers, people who are ‘rightsizing’, and the millennial generation, who are struggling to find decent homes.
In addition, MSV is also working to address the environmental impact of the housing industry, which accounts for up to 40% of carbon emissions according to the Committee on Climate Change.
