Housing 2023

Housing, Europe’s largest housing festival, will take place on 27 – 29 June 2023 at Manchester Central.

2022 saw over 8,300 housing professionals and those working with the sector converge on Manchester to learn, listen, share and network with each other. And what a fantastic week we all had: over 150 finalists at the Women in Housing and Housing Heroes awards; over 450 speakers from inside and out-of-sector speaking on 10 stages across three days as part of an event programme curated by the sector, for the sector; exclusive round table events including with the housing minister and other sector leaders; and, unrivalled formal and informal networking opportunities.

Ranked as a global leader for the delegate experience, Housing has taken place for 70 years in the UK and provides a platform for key stakeholders to come together to discuss, debate, partner, learn and improve the lives of the people we house.

Housing remains the must-attend event for local authorities, housing associations, key partners and suppliers, government, housebuilders, and developers.
