Northern Housing Awards 2022
Ever since the Northern Housing Awards launched in 2018, it has been their mission to shine a light on the individuals and organisations who make it their mission to improve homes and communities in the north.
Much has happened in the four years since, but one thing that has remained constant is the pool of talented and dedicated people who continually strive to make our corner of the country a better place.
From housing associations to local authorities, contractors to suppliers, there is not one part of this sector that doesn’t deserve recognition – especially given the unique times in which we find ourselves.
Northern housing has always been ahead of the curve when it comes to responding to new trends and adapting to disruption. And as we push on with digital transformation, decarbonisation, and building safety remediation that trait shows no sign of fading. With a rich history of innovation, stretching back hundreds of years, perhaps that’s no surprise.
There will no doubt continue to be disruption in the years ahead, but northern housing will continue to stand firm and set an example for the rest of the sector.
Let’s celebrate that.
