Electrical Contractor – if you are installing the Gateway(s) in a property/properties that you will be managing the data for

Homeowner – if the Gateway is being installed in your own property and you will be managing the data

Housing Association – if you are a Housing Association and Gateways are being installed across the properties that you manage and you will be managing the data

Local Authority – if you are a Local Authority and Gateways are being installed across the properties that you manage and you will be managing the data

Private Landlord – if you are a Private Landlord and Gateways are being installed in properties that you own and rent out and you will be managing the data

Where a separate Data Processing Agreement has been agreed and signed by both Aico and the customer, this is to take precedence over any other Data Processing Agreement between Aico and the customer.
