Dr Sam Collier

Sam has over six years of experience working in sustainability and housing, helping teams use data and connected technology to improve the quality of homes and support retrofit and decarbonisation delivery. He works closely across commercial, software, data and product teams to ensure insight translates into value. Sam’s work brings together policy, research and data governance, helping ensure technology is deployed responsibly and supports practical compliance and measurable outcomes as digital services scale. He holds a PhD in Sustainable Futures from the University of Bristol, where his research focused on residential solar PV uptake and pathways to net zero.
