Peter Price-Higgott

With 23 years of experience in the construction and housing sectors, Peter has developed a deep understanding of both technical and managerial aspects within these industries. He currently serves as a Relationship Manager at Aico, where he specialises in fire safety and carbon monoxide specifications, as well as tackling issues like damp, mould, and disrepair to support the housing sector.

Peter’s journey began as an apprentice in the electrical industry, and over the years, he became a JIB Approved Electrician. From there, Peter moved into management. He spent 12 years leading teams and managing complex Mechanical & Electrical projects. Throughout his career, Peter has successfully overseen large-scale projects, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to drive results. He is passionate about finding innovative solutions and constantly challenging myself to think outside the box. Whether it’s improving safety standards or developing more efficient processes, Peter always looks for ways to improve service delivery and exceed expectations.

As a Relationship Manager, Peter’s focus is on building strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that make a tangible difference in the housing sector.
