In June 2019, Rachel joined Aico as a Relationship Manager, where she works closely with social housing landlords, contractors, and distributors to help them address critical safety and compliance challenges.
Rachel’s role focuses on providing consultancy across fire detection, carbon monoxide protection, damp and mould prevention, and broader environmental issues within residential properties. She collaborates with organisations to improve standards, enhance resident safety, and implement effective strategies that align with current regulations and best practices.
Rachel also delivers a range of CPD-accredited training sessions – both in person and online – helping professionals stay informed on emerging technologies, legislation, and best-practice guidance.
