Ryan began his career in the electrical industry through a competitive graduate programme in electrical wholesale, quickly progressing to managing the business. This early experience gave Ryan a strong foundation in supply-chain operations, customer support, and technical product knowledge. In 2022, he joined Aico, stepping into a face-to-face role that spans the full social housing supply chain. Ryan works directly with Registered Social Landlords, contractors, and distribution partners, providing hands-on support, guidance, and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of life-safety systems across housing portfolios. With a strong understanding of both the operational and strategic needs of the sector, he is committed to supporting safer homes, informed decision-making, and effective collaboration between all stakeholders involved in social housing.
