Aico wins Company of the Year for the third consecutive year

Aico, the European Market Leader in Home Life Safety based in Oswestry, has been named Company of the Year for an unprecedented third year running at the Shropshire Chamber Business Awards. The awards ceremony took place on Friday, 23rd June at the Telford International Centre.

The Shropshire Chamber Business Awards recognise the achievements of businesses of all sizes and sectors across the county. This year Aico was shortlisted in three categories: Company of the Year, Community Champion -Business in the Community award, and The Trailblazer – Innovation award.

Early in the evening, Aico won The Trailblazer – Innovation award for driving innovation aligning with customer requirements and thinking outside the box in their approach to customer service and community engagement. Innovation is at the heart of everything we do, so we were delighted to receive The Trailblazer – Innovation Award in recognition of this dedication.

With the final award of the evening, Aico were honoured to retain their title of Company of the Year for 2023.  We are extremely proud of our high standards both in our products and in our company and we are grateful to the Shropshire Chamber of Commerce and independent judges for recognising these achievements.

The Shropshire Chamber Business Awards were a fantastic success with over 600 people in attendance on the evening. Guests enjoyed the evening’s entertainment from comedian impressionist and singer, Debra Stephenson, best known for her work on Spitting Image and The Impressions Show.
