Ongo trial Aico’s Connected Home Solution

Ongo have begun a trial of Aico’s Connected Home Solution across 85 of their properties. Installing Environmental Sensors in kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms and bedrooms to get a better insight to the conditions within each property.

With these insights Ongo will be able access data to proactively pinpoint disrepair and target properties that are in need of action. Alongside this, Aico have assisted Ongo residents and colleagues  with impactful insights empowering residents to take action should conditions in their home become favourable for damp and mould to occur.
