HomeLINK collects and analyses advanced data about your homes at scale to facilitate the successful delivery of Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) projects.
Wave 2.1 of the BEIS-funded programme includes provision for digitalisation, enhancing housing stock data which enables landlords to:
- Assess and prioritise properties for targeted retrofit work
- Understand the impact of interventions for retrofit and disrepair
- Provide ongoing monitoring of the condition and thermal performance of your stock, preventing unintended consequences
- Comply with PAS 2035 and other emerging standards
