Open the Product Search. To do this, click on the Product Search button above (although please read through the rest of the steps first)

When the Product Search opens, you will be asked to choose the category of product you are looking for. There are two options - 'Alarms and Accessories' and 'Fire Barriers'

• Alarms and Accessories - all smoke, heat, carbon monoxide alarms and associated accessories
• Fire Barriers - passive fire barriers designed to stop fire spreading through openings for electrical services in buildings

Select the product category you are interested in.

After you've selected the product category, you'll see a list of products.

On the left hand side, you'll see a list of product features. You can click on any of the features you are looking for and the list of products will be narrowed down automatically.

Once you've selected a feature, the list of products will be narrowed down.

You'll also now see that the features list on the left will automatically change to show the features relevant to the narrower list of products. You can keep selecting features and the list of products will be narrowed down further.

Once you've found the product you are after, click on the product number or description.

Details on the product will appear. You can also download a datasheet on the product which will provide in depth information. 

If you've selected features and want to reset your selections to see the full product listing again, you can remove selections by clicking on the 'X' on the right hand side of the feature button at the top of the window.

If you want to change the category of products you are searching in, click on the change category button in the top left and then select an alternative category.

The list of products will automatically change and you can select features using the left hand menu as per normal.
